Dr. Anna Edhegard, MD
A Charlotte native, Dr. Anna completed her medical degree and four-year dermatology residency at UNC Chapel Hill, where she was selected as chief resident and inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha for academic excellence. She trained with leading experts in autoimmune skin disease, melanoma, and skin pathology, and brings a broad, thoughtful approach to every patient encounter. Outside the clinic she loves hiking, reading, and time with her family in the mountains.
Dr. Kim Edhegard, MD
Dr. Kim earned his degree at the University of South Alabama and completed his residency at UNC Chapel Hill, followed by a dermatologic immunology fellowship at Duke. A 23-year US Army combat veteran with two overseas tours, he still serves in the Army Reserve. In the years since moving to Morganton, he has volunteered at the Good Samaritan Clinic and served on its board of directors. He chose Morganton because of its community spirit, and is deeply committed to making expert dermatology accessible to everyone here in Burke County.

Uninsured or self-pay patients: new patient visits are estimated $120–$200 without procedures. If you schedule 3+ business days in advance you will receive a GFE within 1 business day. If your final bill exceeds the estimate by $400 or more, you may dispute the charge. Note that dermatology visits may involve unexpected diagnostic procedures such as biopsies that were not included in the original estimate.
